          Vacuum brazing is the difference. Before the filler metal ever touches the bond zone, the furnace pulls every molecule of atmosphere from the chamber. This is not a "low pressure" process — it's a near-perfect vacuum. When the filler finally flows, it fills a space with nothing in it. No gas pockets trapped under the diamond. No oxides forming at the carbide interface. No microscopic voids waiting to become crack initiation sites under centrifugal load.

          A conventional braze joint at 20,000 RPM is a statistical gamble. A vacuum-brazed joint at the same speed is a solved problem.

          From braze to edge: laser grinding finishes the cutting geometry. Standard
