      Our diamond‑tipped drills deliver stable cutting on aluminium‑magnesium alloys, brass, copper, CFRP, GFRP, technical plastics and graphite.
      Standard carbide drills turn blunt over time. They easily accumulate built‑up edges, smear workpiece material and suffer gradual edge wear. By comparison, our PCD cutters achieve clean chip removal and prevent chips from sticking to blades while machining non‑ferrous metals and composites.

      Bulk Sintered PCD Tip, Not Thin‑film Diamond Coating

      Cheap diamond‑coated drills only carry a thin diamond layer over carbide substrates. Once this fragile coating wears off, the tool loses all diamond‑cutting performance.
