      We designed this 6 mm boring bar as your "last line of defense" for precision.

      It's not steel. It's solid carbide. We deliberately chose the heavier material for one reason: stability at depth. Diameter tolerances no longer drift with spindle speed fluctuations. Bore walls stay free of the troublesome periodic striations that plague conventional tooling. The first part is good. The thousandth part must be equally good.

      For sticky aluminum, we changed the cutting edge itself.
      Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) isn't a coating—it's the base material. And it has a natural "disinterest" in aluminum. Chips don't weld to the cutting face to form a built-up edge, so bore diameters don't shrink unpredictably and surface finishes don't tear. When you're cutting ADC12 or high-silicon alloys, this bar delivers Ra 0.2 μm interiors—smooth enough that you might mistake them for ground surfaces.
