    Conventional electroplated diamond tools deposit abrasive particles onto the surface — they wear away and cannot be restored. Sintered diamond tooling takes a fundamentally different approach.

    High-grade diamond grit is mixed with metal bond powder, loaded into a precision mold, cold-pressed under extreme pressure, then vacuum-sintered at controlled temperature. The result is not a thin coated layer but a solid diamond-impregnated cutting head fused to a tungsten carbide body. As the surface layer wears during use, fresh diamond particles are continuously exposed — the tool self-sharpens throughout its working life.
